Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Argasol Pte Ltd and should be read together together with our Terms and Conditions.


1. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of personal care and wound care products:

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
  • We do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product received is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product was damaged during delivery

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless defective)
  • Proof of purchase and photos may be required

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Items returned without prior approval

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

Where applicable, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
